This notice explains how AITEREX handles information submitted through this website, including enquiries, consultation requests and AI conversations.
Effective: 3 September 2026We record first-party events such as page visits, AI demo use, bookings and WhatsApp clicks to understand website performance. Analytics use a temporary session identifier, do not store visitor IP addresses in event records, do not use third-party advertising trackers, and are disabled when the browser sends Do Not Track.
We may collect contact details, company and role information, consultation preferences, messages you submit, AI conversation content, and basic technical or security logs.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, operate and improve website services, maintain security, understand business needs and meet applicable legal obligations.
Messages sent to an AI experience may be processed by technology providers to generate a response and may be retained by AITEREX for service review, lead follow-up, safety and improvement. Do not submit passwords, API keys, personal shipment records or confidential customer data.
We use service providers for hosting, databases, email and AI processing. Information may be processed outside Singapore. We select and configure providers with appropriate safeguards for the service.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations and security, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or operational reasons.
